i don't think the nursing department accepts transferees, shiftees and even second coursers, only fresh graduates. personally, i find this policy as a lot of BULL CRAP!

di sad guru brod, not unless if naa ka sa admin kai mkabaw jud ka ngano hehehehe btw seryusly y ila pa balikun ang students to 1st year, just mekin xur that naa sila preha princples, in term sa RLE( related learning exper.), i guess that reason is enaf na pa balikun nila ug frst year jud, kai usually each skul do have its own standrds man, lahi ang standrd sa uban skuls, naa sad paagi sa uban skul na bawal sa cebu doc, in that case mao na ipa balik nila ang student just to mek zur dat they are in the same page in rendering quality care sa ila patients.
