there is a store in sm nga namaligya ug dell products, try them. kalimut lang ko sa name. post it here if ako masure ang name...

nearest official dell service center from the philippines is hongkong. if you have not availed the "complete care" then that is not covered with the warranty. you will be charged with the technical services and replaced parts. i believe if you send that to hongkong it would take about a week for your portable to returned to you. just try calling the dell tech hotline available in their website.
