Supervisor ko with another call center, pila ila starting sa Sup/Team Lead with experience sa other call centers Di jud maka-compete ang suweldo sa ako gtrabahu-an karun...

ok man ang sweldo, dako lng jud ug tax. pero ok ra uy. ok sad ang mga benefits...


grabe lng jud sila ug screening. 7 times sya gi interview (personal and phone interview)..ang sweldo? hapit times 2 sa iyang previous employer

mao jud pagka grabehha jud. basic requirements. a graduate jud and with experience syempre. dili sila shifting. murag 9 - 6 man tingali. depende ug wala OT. I think wala pa sila call center karon. mag open pa lng. kay nag hire pa man sila. mao na akong baw-an (diri sa cebu ha)

sa ilang call center 14,500 raman ang starting... naay 150 per day nga allowance for transpo and rice and another 500 for laundry every month. di na ko musulti sa uban. nindot jud ilang benefits nga dili monetary. pang lifetime jud. . nara koy friend nga padung mu work did2. ni sign na sya sa job offer.

kana 7 times interview basin para na sa ila BPO.IIT and dli for call center. kai if nag mass hiring sla, i dont think kaya nla mag interview rigorously for 7 times.. update nya sa latest ani!
