Motorola razor v3 blank screen :-(

My phone was brand new as I bought it and was just 1 year old and now Im having problem of getting a blank screen...
the keypad lights were on, i usually press the power button to resolve the problem, to get back the screen....
but now I guess it wont work anymore...

before this happens I had it checked at Aerophones ayala where I bought it
they said theres no other way to fix it but to change the mother board :O
how much does it cost? P1,500++ something.... wpa ko mopadayun kay im out of budget

Maybe you have ideas if theres some other way I could have it fixed cheaper ? maybe not the mother board ang prob? or naa lay loose connection? or unsa ba.... hadlok sad ko pa fix anang mga kilid2x lang kay basin pang-ilisan unya ang mga parts
