walking. Do it slow lang when you start. Go at your own pace about 2 weeks. HInay lang sa jud when starting out. Slow down pa jud when you're tired. After 2 weeks, work on walking faster. build up endurance. 30 minute walking. take it really slow and easy at first. Dont push yet when you're starting even if you think you can go faster. Take it slow, easy and on your own pace.
