thats a perfect example of regionalistic mentality.. im not from davao but i love it same as i luv cebu or any other place here in d Philippines..

right on jiro. it should be the right attitude for us filipinos, promote all cities and help those places that got potentials too. who would want a republic of bacolod, republic of cebu, republic of manila, republic of davao, republic of cotabato? now that cebu is known worldwide for it's tourism, would it be right also to promote davao or other places of interest and help this country named philippines to prosper? opposing minds surely got the bug, what else... When I was in davao..., Yes, there was a curfew. quarter to 8 palang nanggawas na ang mga tawo sa mall. not sure kung unsa na karun.

wala may kausaban ang closing hours sa davao bisan pag sukad atong 2000. siguro kung icompare nimo sa ubang lugar ang closing hours sa davao siguro mas sayo. but it doesn't mean naay curfew.
here are the normal closing hours of major davao malls.
1. NCCC Mall 8:30 pm
2. SM 9:30 pm
3. Gaisano Mall 8:30 pm
4. Victorial Plaza 8:00 pm
5. Gaisano South Mall 8:00 pm
6. Chimes Mall 7:30 pm

i really wonder elay if you are from davao or just a transient visitor kay apil ka nituo nga naay curfew ang davao haha. siguro mao ni inyong gipasabot nga curfew:
1. bawal manigarilyo bisan asa basta public places, mangita ug smoking area kung manigarilyo
2. pag abot sa 2:00 am, wala nay maninda ug makahubog nga imnonon. pwede ka mag inom kung naa kay pundo pero wala nay motinda sa imo ug ilimnon pag abot sa 2:00 am
