Sometimes the 5V line is loaded and your PSU won't restart.
If it boots up, one by one connect them and to determine the culprit by trial and error.
You could do this trick also on multiple memory dimms and pci cards (modem, lan, etc).
Is your internal speaker is connected? If no, connect it and take note of the beeps length and sequence.
This will identify your problem.
