    ^we'll be seeing retirement villas / communities in cebu in the near future.

    immediate prospects: retired korean and japanese citizens.

    Hmm....i'd expect the leading group to be visayans living abroad in australia, canada, us to want to retire in cebu. i never heard of any japanese or koreans retiring in cebu...maybe just old japanese or korean men every here and there

    what i heard is that the winter months is unbearable for old japanese/korean retirees, so spending time here is attractive to them. the govt has this retiree's visa for them i think.

    i went to some water theme park somewhere in luzon...forgot the name. much better if som1 made one in mactan cuz more tourists....pero basin pirti dako ang capital..sobra 50 million depending how big
