don't you think it's a little too much? kai after 45 mins imong testosterone level mo drop daw by 80%.. unless you have something to keep that level up... i think it would be over kill..

i've read somewhere that the best time you can get out of your workout is during the first hour since after that a certain chemical responsible for growth (sorry can't remember) is released efficiently during that period.. prolonged workout defeats the purpose...Originally Posted by P-Chan
as for me, i used the first few minutes to stretch... then when i'm about to lift the weights i'd usually warm up from the lightest (50% of my top lifts) then pyramid all the way up.. using variety of forms and volumes of sets..
i can actually shorten the time if i do supersets or EDT to about 1hr and 30mins... the only time i need to rest a little longer is when working the big muscle group
