    No way.
I can't imagine a coffee shop serving not coffee but women.
When you got there the waitress would ask you: "Coffe, tea or me?"

You guys still didnt get it . When we talk about LEGALIZING PROSTITUTION ... its not about MALLS , COFEE SHOPS , STEETS niom sila makita but i CAT HOUSES . That is the only way to monitor and regulate them . Thats how it will be a successful implementation kay black and white siya . Baga ang girls for hire sa mga CATHOUSES kay registered sa usa ka agency that specializes their trade na ibutang ta lang sub agency sa DOH .

Any FREELANCE na CSW kay ni violate na siya sa law .

Then that would be another issue . Dakpon gihapon na sila ... whoever is behind it .

KInahanglan naay permit ang CSW to work . Just like license to drive . Wala gani ka ana , you violated a law and you will be charged .

The LEGALIZATION is for the own good of those who embraces and engages with the trade . We all know that its not a career for them but at least we are letting them know that despite of their kind of work , there is a light at the end of the tunnel and they can just like you and me . Minimal ang pag criticize , hate , annoiy or whatever you fell about them . They are just normal people who deserves also what me and you deserves as citizens .

kung minors ang madakpan... maayo tingali ang parents/guardian ang manubag sa sinubag.... aron mahatagan gyud nila ug proper guidance ang mga minors.
