Hi guys,

was planning to register a trade name... medyo i dont know the process. can anybody advise me on this?

what do i need to do? to go? wat do i need to have? etc...

can anybody explain to me how it works? like i want to register it sa dti, but is there any mandate na naay tax exceptiona ang Small medium enterprise? ive heard that before.. mga ana ba.. hop im making sense..

tax exemption? get real. naa mandate pero it has never applied to us SMEs. jst go to the DTI office (plaza independecia duol) get some forms there, and apply, it will take a few weeks for the trade name to be checked in their databases kung naa bay nagka pareha. and after that its smooth sailing (supposed to be)

talking about DTI dili au lisod. visit, get a form, fill it up and submit all the necessary requirements then what "chocomai" said smooth sailing supposed to be... good luck!!

i think pwede gani na himuon online.....u cud log in sa website ng dti n have it checked in there....para ka check daun ka if approved imong business name o dili

register online, go to http://www.bnrs.dti.gov.ph/bnrspub mas dali sya.

If you go to their local office diri sa cebu and fil out the form ipadala pana sa Manila for approval and then balik nasad diri sa cebu, whereas kung online kai kai diretso nana sa Manila then diri na dayon sa Cebu. Their website is link to their database so mas dali makakita ug trade name nga available.

After sa registration kai naa sila ipa pring nimo nga page with a unique code then mau nana ipakita nimo sa sa DTI for payment or pwede sad ka bayad online although wa ko kasuway bayad online.

u should have atleast three names. that two is alternative in case naa ka pareha

yea.. dats y i wonder, murag wala man gyud to nila ge impose ang tax exemption sa mga SME.. heheh
