it's the ABA routing number of Metrobank, not much of a difference. Routing numbers aren't just for checks. They appear on checks, but when sending remittances from the US, you can do wire transfers with them tooOriginally Posted by ajol
And when I posted
I meant it's the Metrobank Trust Company's routing number. Metrobank has a branch in NY, that's why 02 ang sinugdanan. So kun magpadala ka'g money from the US to here, mugamit ka ug routing number para muagi pa sa NY branch then usa pa ila ipadala na sad diri. Basta look up ABA (American Bankers' Association) na lang.Originally Posted by wilhelmina
verified is only for once. It only matters with your Card Expiration..Originally Posted by john_yo
CORRECTION wire transfers require ABA number.... not routing number.... I've done it many times.... both in and out of the country.....Originally Posted by wilhelmina
Let's just make it clear.... ABA number is needed.
If your bank doesn't have a clue.
Just ask them the instruction to receive wire transfers coming from outside the country. That will come with the ABA number. You don't need to mention paypal.... Just ask What is the WIRING instruction to RECEIVE money from outside the country.
I also have a routing number which is different from the ABA number.... A routing number is seen in your checks....
