i think HP is, and so is United. I'm a csr for United and so far wa may kaso sa ako ang account. its familiar territory na man kay ive been a travel specialist before in another company. ang problema lang jud ron no is bad management....daghan jud nangawa since late last year esp. sa mga tier 2 nila. i think they're training tier 2 level candidates now internally, suway lang ug apply. for HP, they're ramping up na sad at the moment.
