Good move, but do we have the numbers? i hope it would reach to thousands. ekk, well me and my friend mail bombed once the email address customercare@innove.com.ph for same reason, their bad service, that was more than 100k in one day. but seems like it has no effect. hahaha. or maybe because they've notice that it wasn't coming from different people. anyways, some may say stupid idea. but i'll go with you guys on this. :P

i'm currently researching on this mass email complaints as a form of "cyber-attack"
