We do not have the price list yet but due to the limited number of availabe
units of The Persimmon, we are now accepting Purchase Application (PA)
forms so we can cater smoothly to all prospects who will be reserving during
and after our launch date on February 28.

The PA will serve as our official priority listing. This is numbered, dated
and stamped according to the date and time it is received by our Sales
Assistant.

As soon as we are ready to accept reservations payments, we shall
follow the PA listing chronologically for processing of the reservation.
