    If you've seen the latest Sun.Star ads, it looks like Western Watts is rehiring. I guess they were just doing some 'spring-cleaning'; weeding out non-performers, though at a heavy cost.

    neweiz, im currently working at wats, ive been with the company for 2 years! im next in line jud ani... hehehe...

    well, there's a lot of talk lately with the status of the company. what i heard is that they are aiming to "clean" the company by march of this year and keep a few of their regular employees and hiring "contractual" employees, meaning, they are not going to regularized agents anymore. well, that's just 'kuro-kuro'... management as what have been said in newspapers are keeping silent.

    there are a few teams left at wats handling different accounts. our account is the 2nd biggest client of wats and cebu shop is the only shop handling the project but then again there are still issues in our company. eventhough we're a bit confident that we will not be affected by this action, we're not happy with what the management is doing. there are a lot of agents resigning already.

    You cannot just terminate people without a cause.. if the company is losing money then they should be responsible in making sure the employees that they will fire will be secured while looking for a new job.. separation pay perhaps will cover them fairly.

    Its not good ,,there should be a reason for kicking there bot out. Nag anad nalng ning mga company ang ingani. They should gave the worker the right compensation for this.
