Need advise. I cannot access my router

Ani ang situation mga bosing. na reset man gud amo router. den if i try ipconfig nya mag ping ko sa gateway, request timed out ang error. Guba na ba ni ako router? pero ok ra man ang LAN configuration ky ma ka access man ko sa laing computer.

internet connection => router => my pc the result is cannot find server
internet connection => router => switch => other computer the result is pwede ra ko ka access sa ilaha.

but my main question is why man nga dili ko ka access sa router? I mean dili ko ka sulod sa router? Thanks!

Kindly elaborate clear unsa ang imong connection to router?
Try using arp. On the command line, type : arp -a
This will show all available ethernet hardware connected to the network. If other PCs IP and MAC addresses are found and not your router, then ang ethernet cable probably naputol.

Na solve na ni sir thanks for your reply. ako ge change ug DHCP ang IP sa ako LAN den nakita nko ang IP adress nga 192.168.bla bla, den ako ge access ang 192.168.0.1. ky before nka static man to gud den ang pag access nko sa router ky 10.0.0.1. Thanks kaayo sir.
