    Go herbal...ako relative naa pud kidney stones. Wala mawala sa iya medications. Then nakabasa xa banaba leaves concoction can help. Iya gi-try, ni-improve daw iya condition. Pero wala na sad ko update if totally nawala na jud ang kidney stones niya kay wala na mi magkita.

    Water theraphy helps a lot if dili pa kaau dagko or daghan imo stones sa kidney and gall bladder

    I have kidney stones. I already underwent ESWL twice and i'm maintaining some medications. The doctor advised me to drink at least 2-4 liters of water a day. I am scheduled for another ESWL sometime next week. Good thing I have my insurance coz an ESWL session costs around 60k for the first session and around 15k for the succeeding sessions plus the doctor's consultation fee is around 300php per session.

    it depends on the size and location of the stone... there are several treatment options for kidney stones... of course, don't forget to revise your diet

    i have kidney stones before too, ka duha jud! maayo na lang kay stent lang ang gi buhat sa ako-a, this happens last 3 years,
    nya ni abot ang time nga naa na ko gouty artritis
    what i did was exercise, from 190lbs i dropped to 155lbs.
    nya likay mga internal organs nga pagka-on, not necesarilly dili na mo ka-on pero hinay hinay na lang
    hinayhinay na pud og beer
    drink lots of water
    pero ang nakatabang jud nako nga nawala ako stones kay ang diet and exercise!
    ma wala imo sakit mo nindot pa jud imo porma sa imo lawas!
