What's going on with Globe's cellphone signal and Internet

I am using a prepaid Globe handyphone and has globelines internet sad. lately both services have been acting funny.

any ideas as to why this is happening?

Globe said they have a problem in Manila.... Sa internet daw, they said ang cable nila sa Lahug gikawat daw. But my friend who has an internet cafe in urgello has lost his connection sad. He is having a hard time bringing in customers at night para sa mga gusto mag chat and emial.

the other day i got really pissed coz I thought my phone got busted. I cannot send messages, i cannot call - not even Globe's customer service. I was so pissed jud i banged my phone and my phone's a Sony Ericsson, which i think dli dali maguba. I was paralyzed for almost the entire day. Nibalik sya mga dawn na yesterday.

same here... the right casing of my nokia cracked. I was trying to get an important message to someone, not life and death but involved work and money... really frustrated.

Just a thought, wouldn't it be great if globe did soemthing for their customers like free texts or calls for a day, para mabawi ang lost time. and even sa internet. we are still paying it monthly ey... why dont they give us a discount if we are not able to use the service.

in short wala jd ayo ang globe. many said nga mas ok ang smart bro sa ila service. does smart have promos that would ease up globelines customers? like a migration package promo or something?

mao jud. guba ila internet connection. if naa man gani connection, mas hinay pa sa dial-up. pwera gaba. ang globe prepaid users, free call!!!!!!!! dli mka send msgs pro mka call nya dli ma-iban ang load. wahihihi dali...tawag na. mke sure lng na imo load gamay ra (enuf to mke 1 call) pra safe ba if ever makuhaan. pro since guba ang globe....dli maiban....wahihihih dali namo!

i have lost over two thousand a day plus the hassle of bringing my pc at home para lang maka book kami sa among clients.Ingon sila kadyot lang daw kay naa sila restoration sa ilang sites.Abi nako ang lisod sa Globe ang billing lang nila nga walay klaro,karon apil connection pa diay.3mbps akong connection pero labaw pa sa dial-up ang kahnay.

So far, the connection has improved now. So for those who are planning to shift from Globe Broadband to any other ISP, do it fast now and don't waste any second. So when if ever Globe's connection gets back to normal, all the bandwidth is ours.

i have noticed a slight change though, it takes longer for websites to load up, not sure why. and many times i have to refresh for the site to open up, cge lang ka time out. i hope theyd fix this bug quick

cellphone signal is ok though, back to normal
