    ^ hands down winner considering the confidence.. lol

    load up with foods low in glycemic index... do a google why and then find out which foods have high/low glycemic index..

    tip: apples have low glycemic index.. eat one before you have your meal

    apples! good!! low energy-density foods like apples and other fruits and veggies make u less hungry and more likely to sustain a healthy diet.

    green leafy vegtables(fiberous complex carbs)
    although wai lami(ako ra ni iblanche).. cge nalang.. it's a buffet no limit!
    you can mix this with any meal of the day

    oats or whole wheat(starchy complex carbs, if i'm not mistaken ang gi ani is around 55)
    better tasting than the food above.
    high carb contents(a bowl of oatmeal is almost like a bowl of rice) , so restricted to morning

    yams( low gi content around 30+, starchy complex carbs)
    in my opinion, you can substitute rice for this...
    i don't know pila ang cal ani..

    fish
    good source of good fat and protein, probably the best source of protein

    peanut, avocado, olive oil, flaxseed oil
    these are good source of the "good fats"

    water
    the best supplement you're gonna ever use

    multivitamins
    does only one thing.. preventing deficiencies...

    i've tried this one:

    DIET hehehe!! sulayan nko last week lng dyd, eat less( 2 tablespoon of rice plus a 1/4 cup tuna) bsta anything w/o meat(pork,beef,chicken), I ate apples like 2 apples in a day, I do work out like 40 mins of cardio(threadmill,crosstrainer) 2 hours of weight lifting. I also drink Del Monte Fit n Right like 2 of those during my work out time. Naniwang kog 10 lbs in a span of 1 week!!! pero loya imo lawas, you need to eat every 3 hours pero dli kanang kaon na kaon bsta lng mka sustain sa imo needs(energy). Ning adjust lng ako lawas hopefully mo adapt ra dayon na. I also take the hydroxycut hardcore also hehehe!!
