This is the way to go. not bringing out witnesses and accusations and broadcasting it constantly on their networks. ABS CBN, take it to court

the court will decide, unfortunately ni inhibit ang judge sa case between ABS CBN and GMA supposedly upon the request of ABS CBN considering that the judge has a relative working at ABS CBN, GMA though has no problem with the judge presiding the case...by inhibiting ABS CBN can continue broadcasting their witnesses and influence public opinion....now thats diversionary tactics hehehe

that's a smart tactic, but not a very good way to trial a case. Judge should have been smarter and handed it over to another judge

unsa n u conclusion ani na issue? k sum ol na kaayo,sa TV cge balek2.. if ako c gaby lopez - muhilom na lang ko and prov it sa court.. cuz i notice most of my coworkers are really pissed off na jud sa issue and to think most of them are fan of abscbn shows pa naman.. tsk tsk.. their strategy is not working..
