there are other call center company following the path of western watts. i feel pity to the affected employees.

in a nutshell, call center/bpo's job security is "NEVER" certain.

To expand on that statement, any job is never certain, because life itself, is never certain. If it were up to me, I'd rather find a job I'd truly be happy in, and not get into something "uncertain" simply because it pays well. If you REALLY want something that pays well, then you don't need a job--you need a business. Granted, it requires capital, but most of you well know the story of people who made it big bisag laway ra ang puhunan.

Later on daghan man gyud call centers ang mag closed whether we like it or not.Sa manila sa una pila lang ka call centers o mas dako pa silag income.Sa nag closed na ang uban ni balhin sila laing province.Same here in Cebu,kusog pa karon but later on morag kabute na sb ni nga mutubo bisag asa.Some internet cafes who are losing thier business are slowly shifting into call centers.So sa mga employees dapat save gyud ug prepare gyud sila sa ilang future.
