    ^ they are entitled to pay for a separation pay even if they are bankrupt... their main office shall take responsibility for it... the SEC will now interfere and determine their assets... sold it off or something like that.

    but if ikaw employed sa same business, i think maka feel sad tingali ka sa status sa company, best thing is ang emplyado should prepare themselves for a fall back if ever mao jud trend.

    ^^ basin ang employees wala jud ka feel, basin ang ilang head company ang ni pull sa plug... basin dili lang maayo ang pagkadala...mismanagement and the likes... basin the employees are demanding so much ra sad... wala na k keep up ang management.

    we will never know...

    Western Wats took pride in regularizing their employees...mao na banner sa ila ad. Theoritically, dili gyud na operationally efficient because BPO clients are not regular so matag account nga ma-undang, operate gyud ang company at a loss. This is a sad fact sa BPO companies. Di pareha sa manufacturing/retail companies nga pwede ra mamaligya og raw materials matag fluctuate sa demand sa ilang finished goods.

    But Western Wats can well compensate such odds thru a good employee motivation nga mugna sa ila regular nga workforce, pero mao lagi mapugos sila singil ug dako2x sa kliyente to protect their profit margin. Ang consequence is mamalhin dayon ang kliyente sa lain BPO firm nga barato2x ang singil.

    Kinsa ang sad-an? Ang ahensya sa gobyerno nga wala nag-imposar og uniform law requiring all BPO firms to stabilize the tenure of its employees and protect their welfare. Gumikan kay naay BPO firm nga gitugotan mag hire og kontraktwal basis or magimposar og compulsory overtime to squeeze production, makamugna kini og bentahe against BPO firms nga nagtinarong. They can operate at the least overhead, and kill competition
