of course moingon ana imong dentist kay mawad an sila pasyente ug mosolti sila sa tinood.....unsay artificial?...hehe...ang whiteness is not permanent it's only good for a year then after a year you have to do it again.

did bleaching a few times before whitestrips comes out. both have the same effect. ang difference kay ang price and yeah that trip to the dentist.

by the way, teeth bleaching don't last a lifetime maski i maintain nimo pag ayo....i know that co'z i did it a few times...it lasts longer but not for lifetime...

i-try nlng ang colgate white, kita ko sa watson's, around 600? basta less than 1T. mo work gyud na, dili na bogus. heheh enough na lagi. soweeeiiii

btw sa ako lang experience both works gyud. mas mo prefer noon ko sa whitestrips kaysa colgate kay convenient. ok ra gyud ni nga alternative sa bleeching ug less ra inyo budget. it takes longer but it works.
