    Default restaurant business


    hello guys gudpm! just wanna ask your help.im planning to open a restaurant biz but i dont know yet if unsa ang best i tinda nga surely mo click sa demand sa customers.(planning to open like carenderia style pero mix - not only filipino dishes) please if naa kablo nga space for rent nga not that expensive inform me.aside sa basic things nga needed in putting up restaurant biz pwede ka share mo sa lain. ive done researching pa pero its best gyod if coming from u guys esp. to those who own a business similar sa akoa..hehe hope ok lng..thanks a lot and i really appreciate all ur help..god bless.

    thanks bay. unsa pod kasagaran gitinda sa banawa bay? ug tagpila gani kasagarn price sa mga sud an nga simple lng like adobo nga manok or lets say sabaw sa baka ug uban pa. la pa man god ko kaayo idea about ani nga biz pero desidido ko mag open. i want to open near sa skul or doul sa mga dagko nga stores.

    bai, go to all stores or carenderia where they sell specialty or great cebuano foods...adto pasil, adto mactan, adto larsian,adto sad sa mandaue, adto sa pier area, adto sa sm dapit,adto way tugpahay, adto sad sa mga tapoktapok kaau nga kan.anan...from there you will understand the market feel sa low-end kan.anan...

    thanks kabhang..mix man god pod ni not only cebuano or filipino dishes lng..kay plan sad ko include mexican or american ba ron nga recipe. heheh..love to cook man sad pod heheh. anyway kay if mo click mn gani ni nga restaurant mg open sad ko lain..but for now, ginagmay sa lng..if naa ka nahibaw an nga place for rent nga doul ug skul or big stores and reasonable iya price pls do inform me...tnx a lot and gud evening

    u have to make a target market... you can't please every type of person... so you concentrate with a specific type of customer and focus on them... your target market will be the one to sustain your business and pay your bills... other services and foods you make will just be an add-on for your restaurant...

    like say you want to target low-grade employees, so you base your:
    - kind of food to prepare (dapat kaila sila sa imo giluto...wa na sila kaila ug linggua espanola)
    - location (dapat duol ka nila, daghan ingon nga klase nga tawo sa imo pwesto)
    - pricing (dapat swak sa ila budget)
    - ambiance (dili pud laysho tanawon kaayo or else mataha sila mosulod... agian lang ka)

    but you have to bear in mind that this advice does not come from a market analyst or an expert... it's just based on my on meandering experience... so take this like a grain of salt bro...
