Yep. If I'm not mistaken, that could be the 40GB PS3 Itech is selling. ^_^ It's not that surprising actually 'coz prices of PS3 have been floating around those numbers for quite some time in Manila (non-SM and non-Datablitz).

Cheap jud if mu-buy ka sa HK. But some people don't have the liberty of going there though. So, if they are interested, I recommend itech in Ayala, stores in Greenhills (Metro Manila) and www.tipidpc.com (Manila). They all have good prices IMO. ^_^

yup, i bought mine from tipidpc gani hehehe, right now, nag play lang ug mga music ako ps3 while nag Folding sad hehe, wan_Eye is right, COD4, Warhawk, RFROM are all good online games hehe, many people from pinoypsx are playing these

Price sa HK sa PS3 40gb is 10k and 18k ila 80gb. Mall price pa jd na. mas makakta pka cheaper pa jd ana if manganvas ka didto. check ko sa ayala sa itech 23k ila 40gb and wla sila 80gb pa. Hurot lang halos tanan ps3 sa malls kay christmas season. 4 ka mall amo gi ad2 out of stock tanan ps3 80gb. Ang mga blu-ray na games sad range ra 800-1,300. grabe jd diay overpricing dri da. hehe

It's unfair to compare HK prices and Cebu prices and say overpricing diri. It would be better if you compare HK prices and PH (or Manila) prices 'coz we actually have similar store prices on games and consoles here. Itech is the only one store here that sells GH price (or close to it) here in Cebu though. So, if you really think na its our consoles here are overpriced, then lets say na "overpriced jud PS3 diri sa pinas". But, let me think bout that, isn't almost everything here overpriced?

It is not the price of PS3 console that limits it here in Cebu (I'd say its very reasonable price for a next-gen console + Blu-ray player). It is the unavailability of the back-ups/bootleg games.
