for me jud, hand sanitizer is just an alternative, even alcohol..

from what i've read hand sanitizer is as good as washing your hands with soap and water.

also, ingon nga the hand sanitizer must be at least 70% alcohol para effective nga maka remove sa germs

just use the hand sanitizer if soap and water is not available.

nothing compares to hand washing. if sanitizers are more acceptable than water&soap cleansing, then the medical profession (where sanitation is strictly implemented esp in surgical wards) would recommend sanitizers over hand washing.. Philippine products are not well-screened by the proper authorities because of toot..toot (censored)... and most, our authorities do not have the capability to screen products because of the unavailability of precise and recent equipments... So, in the Philippines, we have to wash our hands and not entrust the cleansing with sanitizers only. However, there is a possibility that in time, sanitizers will become more acceptable than water and soap especially that in the current time, people are gravely interested in achieving things in a blink of an eye..
