Gayweather is ducking the best fighters on his diviision Cotto, Paul Williams and Antonio Margarito, even Shane Mosley could give him trouble.. Hatton is too small for 147, it was proven when he fought against Luis Collazo, He was schooled and got a gift decision. After the fight he return back to 140.

PACQUIAO beat an OLD & WASHED up MEXICAN fighters? that's a joke...

did anybody gave MP a chance against BARRERA during their first fight? hell no...

what was so classic about their first fight? MP defied the odds, not only did he beat BARRERA decisively but he was the first one to stop him not even BARRERA's arch nemesis MORALES was able to do it..

with regards to MORALES we all know what happened.....

was BARRERA done at the age of 28 when they first met? how come he was able to win his next 4-5 fights decisively & was able to claim the WBC 130lb belt after he was demolished by MP?

the main reason MP is a superstar now coz he took the best his division has to offer, he fought legit 122, 126 & 130lb fighters during his prime (except for tune up fights ie Larios & Solis)...

By saying also that he beat an OLD GATTGI and a WASHED UP De la Hoya and I dont know why HATTON is also a testament of Mayweather still not proving himself , kung nakadaog ss match si GATTI or Dela Hoya , can we really say GATTI is OLD or Dela Hoya is WASHED UP ? NOPE and NEVER , these are adjectives that best describes a loser because we cant just agree with MAYWEATHER's VICTORY as LEGIT .

Mao na gi ingon , just bring it on ... let MAYWEATHER face any legitimate fighters pero I doubt that would be his reason na mo retire to claim an UNDEFEATED RECORD .
Mayweather himself said that Gatti was a C+ class fighter

it so happen he was at the right place at the right time beating the belt holders (but not the best) in each division that he moved up to...

there's no question about MAYWEATHER 's boxing abilites but the main question is the LEVEL OF OPPOSION that he has faced..

heck if P4P status is judged based on the opposition that each fighter has faced LAU RA KAAYO cya kang PACMAN...

MANNY faced far more HOF Mexican fighters than MAYWEATHER, beating them all at their prime...

I dont think BARRERA and MORALES are at their PRIME when they entered the ring against MP na , it was MP who was in his PRIME . MP was so lucky enough to grab the oppurtuniy na we thought was stepping stone but it only benefited his career . SUma unsay nahitabo sa Mexican warriors after their defeat by Pacman ? Nasundan ug mga daghan na pilde pa . Tabla ra na ni sulti ka ug gi kulata nimo si Muhammad ALi pero naa na siyay Alzheimers ato unya ako kay akong eadad is early 20's pa ... isnt that a feat that gi pilidi nako ang the Greatest ?

Back to Mayweather , all you hear from him is smack talk . That is a normal for any fighter because that is also an integral part of psychological damage . The point is , kung kadtong mga napildi niya is nabali lage ... si MAYWEATHER ang napildi , will you guys still have thatt mentality and choice of words you guys have right now ?

That will prove that you are the best Para mwala ang mga questions. To be the best you must beat the best. Ana raman na dibah.. Or moretire nlng para maka avoid sa most avoided one sa division.

true. but money also plays a BIG part. lets face it, its business.
Why bust your face n ass if you dont get paid well (especially when you're well known)
unless you're out to prove that you're the best..

Why not try Sugar Shane Mosely, this guy beat Oscar dela Hoya twice during Oscar's peak, but the pretty boy daw? won by a controversial decision against the golden boy. Mosely is a superb ring tactician which I think can solve the defense of the boring Mayweather.

for me this won't have much impact on the viewers which means less or no money at all besides Mosley ain't that hard bet for pretty boy he is at his peak while Sugar Shane is in his twilight; have u seen Trinidad n Roy Jones?
it was predictable fight since the start from pressconference to fight night all favored for Roy.
this will also be the case if "by chance" the two, Mayweather and Mosley will go toe-to-toe.
the young Floyd will still have his belts, Mosley has nothing to lose by the way but Mayweather has eveything at stake.

if you may try to look again Floyd vs Oscar's fight you'll see that most jab, most precised jab landed solidly on dela Hoya yet he threw most of the jabs hitting less to Floyd.
