    yeah i heard about this. sucks JackTV is taken out. But the replacements are quite good channels.
    about switching to Destiny from Sky, we did it about 2 years ago. the first thing we noticed is the picture quality is below Sky, but after some time you'll get used to it. The channels are great too. But the big downside is the reception.. It's got the nasty habit of "flickering" at times.. Cartoon channels have it worse; the flickering becomes so bad, the sound gets off-sync at times. But it was a good move IMO.
