anywayz.. ang solution ana kay simple ra. i change nimo imong schedule.. inig morning naka mo sleep. then mo inig evening ka mo mata murag.. 8:00AM ka mo sleep then 6:00PM ka mo wake up. hehehe. sure na jd na dili naka maka sleep.

ianina, kung sleepy na gani ka, try sipping lemonsito. wagtang jud duka sa kaaslum! also, try adjusting ur sked. sleep ka early evening para ma-rejuvenate ka then study at dawn.
you can't fight that feeling.. look nalang for another time na dili ka ma sleepy para maka study ka..

give yourself a time limit. spending too much effort on not falling asleep might rob you off of the concentration u will need in studying, so that u might be able to stay awake but not able to absorb anything. take it easy.
