Damn! That sure is something... and after that milestone, Kobe finally confirmed the teams that he would have wanted to be traded to: Knicks, Bulls, Mavs and Suns.

    THE LATEST:

    HEAT-GRIZZLIES

Desperate to give Dwyane Wade a long-distance shooter on the perimeter, where Miami misses Jason Kapono and James Posey, the Heat is looking at making a deal for Memphis' Mike Miller. With Alonzo Mourning suffering what figures to be a career-ending knee injury, the Heat might also try to expand the deal to include Stromile Swift.

    >>> What I'm seeing here on this probable trade would be 2 expiring contracts on Alonzo Mourning and Jason Williams for the deal to work in getting Miller and Swift. This would work indeed well for both teams.

    Memphis - 2 expiring contracts
Miami - a shooter and a young PF/C with 2 years and 1 year left on their contract, respectively.

    JASON KIDD

Rumors around the Internet have sprouted in a probable transaction that will involve the Cavs and Nets about Jason Kidd going to the Cavs in exchange for a player, expiring contracts and a draft pick.

    >>>Cavs have a player and a draft pick but they don't have expiring contracts except for Shannon Brown ($1million) and Ira Newble ($3.4million).

Aside from the Cavaliers, the Nuggets are also interested in getting Jason Kidd to let Iverson concentrate on scoring. Sources have indicated a possible trade that will include JR Smith and Linas Kleiza.

    Let's see:

Jason Kidd: $19,728,000 for this season and $21,372,000 next season while:
JR Smith and Linas Kleiza combines $10million in their deals, which would mean a Nugget with a hefty salary would be included, among them Kenyon Martin, Marcus Camby and Nene Hilario.

    HAWKS

Speedy Claxton, who signed a four-year deal worth $25 million with the Atlanta Hawks in July 2006 and is facing microfracture surgery, will miss the rest of the season due to an injury to his left knee according to a published report.

Claxton is "contemplating his next step" and hasn't made a decision about whether or not he will have the surgery that could help extend his career the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. The injury could mean he's played his last game in the NBA.

Actually, naay pagka ing-ana. For example, last salary sa player this year worth $20million, bale mao na ang allowance sa teams after sa iya contract so dako na kau na para maka-sign ug pila ka-players or all-star caliber na player. Mas gamit ni cya sa rebuilding teams ug kanang lagpas na sa mga luxury tax threshold ang team salaries (i.e. New York, Miami, Cleveland, etc)

    BULLS COACH SCOTT SKILES FIRED

Bulls fans were, well, "happy" to know that Skiles is now gone. Most of them are thinking about a possible candidate to replace the head coaching position with names like Mike Fratello, Rick Carlisle and even Jeff van Gundy.

    CAVS SHOPPING LARRY HUGHES

Larry Hughes' time with the Cavaliers might be just about over. According to several league sources, the Cavs have contacted several teams about a deal involving the 6-5 guard. One source said the Washington Wizards are one of those teams and another source said another team is in the Atlantic Division. Hughes spent three years with the Wizards before signing a free-agent deal with the Cavs in 2005 worth between $65 million and $70 million.

sayang he's one of my fave... he has struggled offensively and spent most of his time injured...

the CAVS need a move to bring new life into the team, it could be the best thing to turn this season...

ang problema naa kahay TAKERS sa worth between $65 million and $70 million?
