Yes surveys are sometimes misleading but not most of the time.We should follow our conscience..Gloria is the most corrupt.

If we are to believe in surveys, I guess Transparency International's report should be given credence. According to them, Marcos ranked second while Erap is not far behind at tenth place in the world's most corrupt leaders. GMA is not even there.

I guess we don't have to put too much faith on surveys. The results are oftentimes biased, depending on who commissioned the surveys and if they want to release it to the public. We could consider some international surveys if we want transparency since they are independent than those commissioned surveys.

Transparency International used valid and credible evidence to make that report. They didn't use public opinion or perception as basis for that matter.

for gma, all are still allegations. i guess the level of corruption awareness among filipinos is never been this high.

Klaro na kaayo na oist. When Marcos and Erap were presidents, the economy withered due to their corruption and money laundering. GMA is trying her best as to make it bloom.
