What do you think would be the best application for this "hidden" feature?

mine would be..
1.) Shake command (la di dahh to SE's "shake" phone)
2.) Motion Control for the phone (Samir is working on a Nokmote that'll do just this.)
3.) Digital Leveler (Scientific leveler with X,Y,Z coords.. this would come in handy for students)

The only application is the Inclinometer, it's like the inclinometer you put sa imung off-road vehicle para maka-read ka sa imung incline.
there's also a moving ball example of the practicality of the dll module, as well as a game.
try lang search bai, you need to install the module first.. accelerometer.dll...
