Hello all!!

Aside from our Customer Service Associates hiring, WIPRO is also in need of Product Trainers and Team Lead.

Product Trainers:

- At least 2 years of relevant training experience; 4 years of total work experience
- With excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Application ( WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT )
- Must have understanding of process training for one or more verticals preferably airlines

Team Leaders:

- With at least 3 years of total work experience; 1 year as Team Leader in another call center
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have good analytical skills in MIS reporting / report-generation
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications such as WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
