allnite is right... a good spyware, anti-virus, and firewall is enough.

You can use McAfee Internet Security Suite to have firewall and antivirus or Panda Titanium 2005 or other antivirus that comes with a firewall. Then you can use FREE Microsoft Antispyware.

how will you know? if youre in windows mode, press control+alt+delete. click the processes tab. if you find a lot of programs running that you do not know... then you might have a lot of spyware in you system. the easiest way is download a spy doctor, you can scan you system for spyware infections.

Spyware and Ad-ware are different. Commonly maka slow sa comp performance kay ang mga adwares. Ok ra ang Ad-aware SE pro ni prefer ko gamit ug Advance Windowscare 2. Dili lang kay eliminate ug spywares it also optimize ur comp. If u try it u'll feel the difference. And also i use Spyware terminator 2 to prevent from accessing dangerous websites. For my anti-virus i use PANDA 2008
