    Default patotin pls..........


    can anyone here tell me how to cook patotin, pls help me ho to cook duck in patotin way... whats the ingredients and procedure?

    PATO TIM

    1/4 to 1/3 cup soy sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 tbsp. sherry
    small size ginger, half the size of your thumb, crushed or grated

    Combine all ingredients. Marinate the duck overnight -- preferrably in a zip-lock plastic bag. Squeeze the air out, so the duck is well coated with marinade. Bake at 350 degrees F.

    3 1/2 lbs. for 2 hours
    5 1/2 lbs. for 3 hours

    bitaw.... tuba kay mas lami kuno.... mao pod style sa ako lolo.....

    Pinapple juice, pinapple slice, pepper, onions, garlic, sprite/7-up, soy sauce, brown sugar, vetsin, salt, sugarcane...

    Ihanig ang sugarcane sa duck while imu gilat-an... gamita tanan ingredients... KUMBATE!

    tuba ang gamiton sa pag-lata 'til gamay nlang ang sabaw nga nilapot na, den butangi dyon ug pinapple ug tomato sause
