No. You can't transfer the funds from MB to PP and vice versa.

Ngano imo man e transfer ang kwarta nga mas dali ra man e withdraw ang MB money towards your bank account? I'm doing that for many months.

guys, niadto ko sa ila main branch sa ayala ba motake pa man ug 3-4 weeks una makuha ang card oist...niana tong incharge didto nga 5 days lang daw kung online ka moapply. so mitry pud ko apply online. silbi ugma ika 5th day na then sa ubp sm branch akong gibutang didto kung asa nako kuhaan ang card. then katong akong application sa main branch ba automatic na to siya nga invalid? nangita kog contact number sa main branch thru mandaue branch nila ahakz au kay la sila kabalo sa landline number sa ila main branch...kapoi naman gud motuyo pa kog adto...

ok raman paypal basta magtransfer-transfer lang money from bank to bank labi na sa US...pero if sa cards gani taktak jud $5 nimo...ang moneybookers ok rasad...padalhan jud ka nila ug loveletter for verification of your address...
