what program does it restarts itselft? did you get some windows errors? are you sure that your PSU, proc, mobo ang RAM stable na?..... so many things to consider.

part...tarunga imo problem...kay basig dautan na imong hd...badsectors ba..or virus..
dn i try sa other pc..check tanan conections part...if possible.. d best thing to do is try it to other computer...imposible au if mu hang na cya if k tnana imo setup..
