    @ insik steamed egg on a shell :mrgreen: nice!

    my egg trick:
    i add a dash or two of salt in the pan of water, i think this works the same way as the vinegar does. 10 minutes for hard and around 5 minutes for soft, less cooking time if you really want it to be really soft. i shock the eggs with cold water or running water from the faucet, this prevents the eggs from getting that rubberry (what a term..hahaha) feel when you eat it.

    hi im an FSCA we have this new taste performance exam, what would you suggest and pls send me the recipe of patotin il try to compare if it is pretty much the same with mine, im not satistfied with my way...hehehe thanks

    its a bit expensive but my friends told me that there are different tch or native style of cooking but the same when it comes to white wine still the native has white wine, i dont know whats the exact ingredients of a native style patutin or patotin... its a duck a filipino style of cooking duck.....

    @stellaluna ---- last friday i made egg sandwich and as i was boiling the eggs i remembered u hehehehe. ang ganda talga ng yolk ng "steamed egg in shell"

    That's very funny, 'cause everytime I make boiled eggs for my hubby for breakfast, I think of you, too. You said it -- I love 'steamed egg in shell', too.

    ako tawn ngita pa jud ko recipe sa putong pinalutaw hope u guyz can help me, kai mag luto unta ko this christmas. ive tried searching recipes from the internet tried it all in vain it failed....gikapoy nlang ko.
