Need Help! Windows won't load when i have more that 1 HDD

i get stuck up on the Windows Loading Screen (the one with the blue bar below) well actually it doesn't even show that screen it just goes black

this started when i added 2(two) 40GB HDDs

my PC
P4 1.8Ghz (its old really)
300w power supply
3(three) 40GB HDDs
DVD Drive
GeForce FX 5200


but when i just use my system disk HDD (just 1 HDD) i dont have a problem...

Can anyone help? Advice?
For me i think i need more power but i don't wanna buy a power supply and then still have this problem

Bro, boot the machine and enter to the bios setup. Then, check if all the hard drives are detected. And if something is messing, try to recheck your jumpers in your drives and follow primary/slave scheme. You can also isolated the problem by installing the OS with only one drive and install the remaining drives later after the installation successful.

during boot up detected tanan, bsan inig check sa BIOS naa tanan... jumpers checked nsad ni change gani ko ug IDE... i dont really know why kng dghan HDD ky dli mo load ang windows

It could be an HDD or a PSU. Try to slave the two HDD by removing the jumper at the back of the HDD.

Take a look the watts of your PSU. You're PSU only have 300W which is the minimum requirement of your motherboard. Always choose the 500watts or more than with that. Because when configuring a system with more power-consuming devices. The system may become unstable or may not boot up if the power is inadequate.

Is it all IDE? or naa sad SATA?
Try to arrange your boot option...make sure the HDD that has the OS will be first in line (boot option)
