The MOAB has yet to be used in Afghanistan AFIK.
The smaller but equally terrifying Daisy Cutters were used in Tora Bora but apparently only managed to singe OBL's whiskers.

Actually Spec V .... hehhee .... in war you win if you control and run the show in naval warfare . Though I have respect in the airforce but they are only limited to the air compared to the naval forces that has all of it . PIlots , infantry , spec ops etc all in one in just one battle group . i'd go for US.. considering not just warfare leverage that they can extend to us, but also other factors like with our economy and technology..

Actually it is a given .... why would you choose CHINA over the US in terms of who can lift us up or financially support the Philippines ?? Maybe if the comparison is the UK and the US that I can ponder about but CHina and Uncle Sam ?? Come on !! Hehehe being an ally is a stepping stone , there is more into it .
