You say you wont agree to Trillanes staging mutinies. Well, Trillanes could have had an opportunity to work change in the peaceful manner.

But the problem is Arroyo, disrespects the will of the people by not allowing trillanes to attend sessions. I cant understand. People dont like Trillanes staging coup but they dont want Trillanes to find peaceful alternatives to effect change by allowing him to discharge his functions as a Senator.

In any way, you want Trillanes to lose.

He is an accused and he is facing numerous of charges regarding the Oakwood mutiny at the time he was elected. Like every normal individual who commits non-bailable offenses, he is to be kept in jail. His win is not one of the means in which an accused is set free. I agree with one here, it's as if you know better than the lawyers. It's not unfair for him to be incarcerated. That is the law. If you insist on your argument then that means you do not care about the law, you have no single intention of abiding by our laws when that simple common sense understanding why Trillanes is in jail can't come to your senses.

Let us say the crime is unbailable. Trillanes cant still get out of jail when there are hearings and he is accompanied by bodyguards.

Whats the difference in attending the sessions? After the sessions he goes back to jail. What the difference of allowing him to attend court hearings and attending Senate sessions? As I have said, he is not yet convicted and the disqualifications which comprise the penalty for the crime cannot be imposed.

The Arroyo government is treating Trillanes like a convict. That is a violation of his right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
