n73, mura kag ga-HIKOG kung mupalit kag p990i, naa koy p990 sauna but i sold it sa akong migo for 10k kay di ko kaagwanta the worst phone ever made. unfortunately gi baligya sad sa akong friend iya p990 ug 5k sa kaila namu na cellshop, gaduhaduha pag palit ang cellshop hahaha

last i heard naa sa 12-13k ang p990, and i think murag phased-out nasad cya. although nindot cyag looks kay murag businessman pero pag sugod nimog gamit sa phone agoy MONKEY BUSINESS hahaha

im using my p990i for months now and so far no problems,dependi ra na sa naggamit bro...
software for p990i now is stable...only draw back is the ram issues
dnt be alarmed of the negative feedbacks for the phone,they just dnt know how the phone really works bro
go for p990i instead of n73...wifi is superb

pataka raka sulti oi! tsismis ra na nahibawan nimo about P990 do! features og functionality wise nothing beats the P990. problemado ra to sa una ang software version, pero karon ok naman kay updated na.

don't believe in negative comments about P990. ako nimo naa kay kaila duna P990 og N73, try borrowing it for a while then compare nimo.. layo ra kaayo P990 oi.

p990i nindot gyud, malingaw ka....so far wala pakoy problema sa akongp990i, it serves me sa akong mga nids , im very satisfied with it...i-update lang dayon ang software, its free ra bitaw....sauna kay magsige ko dala ug laptop just to check my e-mails , karon with my p990i, adto lang ko freew ifi zones, ka open nako ako e-mails with my P990i....

@ killer_for_hire: hahaha i bought a p990i few months after na release cya diri pinas bro. dugay dugay nato it was the time when i had my n93. at first dili gyud okay, mu reset every 5mins. mu hang, dugay mu play ug movies, it would take around 5mins to open a 20mb movie, and would HANG if i'd open a 200mb movie, panget kaau hahaha anyway i had the software updated sa SE ayala, where i had to wait for about 6hrs medyo okay na but still, hinay gihapon kaau. well to solve my problem i sold it to a friend nga ganahan hahaha unfortunately mas napungot pa cya sa phone so he sold it ug barato sa cellshop, halos di pa gani dawaton because p990 is obsolete dugay ra the moment p1i was launched, wa na mag produce ang SE ani.

and by the way i also had p1i which i sold to ESC here in istorya, mas OK ang p1i kung ganahan kag way labad sa ulo because mas dako ug RAM where ang p990i has around 64mb ang p1i has 128mb so dili cya mu hang or mu reset or mu error due to low memory. anyway ang p1i has the 200plusmhz processor so hinay para naku, i had an n95 this time so i could compare hinay gyud ang p1i took the n95 1 sec to open MS-word documents, while p1i around 1min.

okay
1. slow processor ireseach sa web so you'll know the p990 has 200mhz processor
2. inadequate memory the p990 has only around 64mb which will give you about 15mb after turning it on
3. extremely slow, snail quality especially opening movies, music, etc.
4. iya speaker kay perte ka hinay, hulmigas ray makadungog nga ga ring na d.i. cya
5. useless cam, the cam has problems too, some barrel distortion, autofocus malfunctions etc. (mas nindot pa mu take ug pic aku w880 nga dili autofocus)
6. even if you install swissmanager dili ma cope sa demand of memory so eventually dili magdugay mu reset ang HANG napud imu phone.
7. there is also a program that will diable some effects transition man tingale to, which will make the phone a little bit faster, yes pero mura rag camera trick because when you open applications, especially multimedia you'd fall asleep waiting, even pag increase sa volume sa movie nga nag play perte ka LAG.


thats all i can remembr, pero daghan pa gyud. its really up to you bro, mas nindot if maka test gyud ka sa unit for a week so you'd experience the thrill hahahaha

syempre once na-ay new model ang phone upgraded version of the old one, i-phase-out na gyud na ang old model....but if u want a phone nga barato ra, at around 13t, unya can serve the purpose, better buy the P990i, ang ako kay naka serve sa akong needs, d na gud ko magdala ug laptop karon.....
