TO YSR AND ALL THE OTHERS:

i am one of the CIs in UC-Banilad before. u might b at ur 1st years when u met me. i left 2nd quarter of 2003. for all ur grievances when u started this thread of messages it wud be best to make a formal complaint if you want it to STOP. i dont know how u will do it, but u can always find ways of beating that great wall i pressumed. i do understand and would take it as an constructive criticism for us teachers. however, for u and the others to label CIs as bunch of REJECTS...is a different matter. i dont wish to take sides nor uplift myself just to be excluded for the name calling.

that is not my cup of tea at all. i dont need to defend nor explain to anybody who or what they are as a CI. I am just here to shed a little light that not all of us are REJECTS that is why we ended up in school nursing. have u ever thought that most of these CIs are just waiting for their visas to be approved or until the recession of US be lifted back? others might have the noblest intention to teach...but as u said u have undergone some abuse of power and i am sorry to hear that! mind you, even if u said...finishing nursing is EASY nevertheless, when one soon works in the healthcare field you will just realize that NOT EVERYONE WHO BARES THE DEGREE IS CUT/FIT TO BECOME A TRUE NURSE!

you'll have ur chance soon to prove to yourself who u are...just dont bring ur miseries for others to empathize you! deal with the issue right away, for those who are guilty will face the consequences of their unjust, unprofessional dealings to students.

i will soon be home for 2008, one of my visits i will be mentioning this to the dean.

Many have already tried complaining about this matters even by directly telling the dean or other officials concerned but everything is under their control and most of those who complain kay mao na gbantayan ug kontrahan. sory mam if some are posting the word REJECTS but i myself didnt mean this to all the CI's coz some CI's are my close friends and i know that they are not rejects, but what i mean is that MOST CI in that institution are really abusing their authority or i can label them as "mga GARA". and i can sometimes understand their sides because i also have notice that it is due to the pressure of the level chairman or even the dean.

im not asking for others to give empathy on me, m here expressing my grudges and hoping to give strength to others who are hiding and still continuiung to carry the burden that these school have had given them.

i can easily compare these school to other schools.

im glad that u are coming home and i suggest that before u talk to the dean, or before u take sides, reach out to the students and hear their sides first. 2003 was way too different from now, at least have a survey on how effective the nursing education nowadays in the phils especially in UC, quantity not quality anymore.

elow guys.. im from uc-banilad also... pero graduate nku batch 2007. yah sakto jud ang ubang comments dnhe... nka experienced sad ko ana pero wa man jud tay mabuhat but to follow nlang aron mahuman ang tanan.. dghan sad ko kasakit aning eskwelahana ni.. heheheh
