You can over clock not just the CPU but the Video Card and memory but you have to choose which one. Not too many Video Card is capable of over clocking. Example: The Asus NVidia GeForce 6800 is a perfect GPU to overclock. Don't even try to overclock other video card or else you'll end up screwin it up. Once you over clocked a video card, there is no turning back. They said there is a way but that is beyond us already.

My friend's Sapphire 9800pro(R360 core) bios mod to XT
running 9hrs/day or more No problems so far.
running for about 6months.
we can even flash it back to stock 9800pro speeds without any problems.
as of now his 9800pro is running as a firegl bios mod

My Leadtek 6600gt @ 561/1100 running 8-9hrs/day no problems so far.

when i read "beyond us already", i thought of god, aliens, ufos,crop circles,hehe, kidding aside, i think what hes trying to say is once youve damaged your VC by ocng youll endup with a damaged videocard and theres nothing you can do bout it...except ofcourse pray

bfg.8519 @stock- 525/1050.but my proc and ram was streched... 3.0@ 3.6..murag.My ram was @ around 240fsb 1:1 ratio..but kung stock all i think t'was just scoring 8270ish...my highest stable- @548/1116 and I have reached 8689 tops.. I could push it up some more but my psu struggles to boot my pc or keep it stable when i set it higher..low power.
