yes there are poor priests around. try to visit the franciscans... lu-oy kaayo na sila.. there are days na wla na silay kaon. behind pa gyud sa mga rentals and suff... kanang magkabuang og prepare og bayad for the priest .. out of thier own will na! wala na gipamugos. Kung dili ka ganahan mu bayad talk to the priest... okay rana if dili gyud ka gusto.

But tithes was given to Israelites and to collect it is the tribe of LEVI.

then let me give you a point to ask some pastors who are preaching tithes.
Tell them or ask them if I have 10000 pesos then I will 500 am I robbing GOd? then they will answer yes you're robbing God and it should be 1000 pesos. Then ask again, if I have 10000 pesos and I will give 3000 or more am I robbing God?
Tell me what would be there answer.

If i sell a sardinas at 5 pesos and you pay me 4pesos only did you rob me of 1 peso or not? and if you pay me 8 pesos for the 5 peso sardinas did you rob me or not? did i force you to give me 8 or was it your own free will?

Whoever the pastor is/are he/they should take risks in the finances of his church. Why should he pass the burden to the followers? Kung dapat sila magpakalouy sa mga followers to reach a certain budget for a certain project, they should do that. Dili kay magpa safety lang then manghadlok dayon og impyerno. Mao bitaw na ang uban church kugihan kaayo mamaligya og Bibles, books of inspiration etc. kay the bible(as paper and leather) is for sale the religion and its contents should be free.

Makusama ako na gi-explain nga if you want to give more whether you are buying, donating, or whatever dili na robbing, but if you choose to give less than what is required, desired, agreed then it is robbing.

Asa dha ang gasulti nga Religion for Sale? and besides sir, dli mana tinuod nga adto natanan pastor, pari, monk, etc, etc... mura mana corporation, there is a structure and safe guards so that wala mangurakot, but sad to say mahitabo na sa mga organizations including churches.

It boils down to accountability. maski asa, its the character of the person that determines individual actions.

unya sir the pastors, priest, whoever, if these are the teaching of the scriptures, they don't have the right to withheld any information, they should let us know if they stand by their call, right? ug dili lang sa kung unsa ato gusto madunog.

It still the concept of sowing and reaping. if you sow so sparingly then you shall reap sparingly, but if you sow abundantly then you will reap abundantly. some believe it others don't. up to the person. and this is not limited to financial sowing only and not in the church only. this applies to everything and all things, atleast that is what i believe in, but i'm sure naay lain pagtuo laing tao.

uban tingali karma ila, kung tabang ka pagmaayo sa uban nga halos imong kaunun ipakaun panimo sa pobre kay mabalik ra nimo, then mao pud na imo. just the same. only that it depends on which teaching you adhere too and who is your master.
