Bring as many documents as you need. land titles, vehicle reg, school records, id's, websites (print) anything that show you are coming back and that you are sincere of why you are travelling. Visa interviews do not last more than 3 minutes so you have to show something when they ask you for any document or even pictures

Here is one experience that I had. A lady before me is being interviewed and asked about the document that was presented.

She just presented a fax copy of that document. Then the interviewer asked from her the original document. She insisted that what she presented was already the original one. Struggling with her english, it took her about 5 minutes arguing that the fax document is the original one.

Finally, with the disappointment of the interviewer, she was asked if she indeed know what original means. She just answered NO.

twice nako na approved, no show money ra. the important thing is well covered ka og documents, school docs, work docs, house docs, marriage docs if so, mga pictures, even mga awards. nag print pa gani kog screenshots sa website nga naa ko or involvement.

remember that you have only 3 minutes max to convince the interviewer. Grabe gyud ang stress and tesnion, even sa second interview na nako. same tension gihapon ky walay kasing kasing ang mga interviewers but as long as makit nila nga sincere ka and imong answers straight to the point k ra.

dont answer with sentences, simple yes or no, dont go around the bush, direct answers, dont give answers that lead to other questions.

and if ma denied ka, pag schedule daun og para re-interview.

it works if you buy the ticket ahead at least makita nila nga naa kay plano mubalik, but very risky ky naka try sad ko friend naa nay ticket but nasangit siya ky pag ask og picture niya nga naa sa school, walay dala, so gi denied tungod lang ato

Default URGENT HELP!!! anyone knows whats gona happen next???

I was on interview for H1B visa, im a nurse (not an nclex passer ) but my employer hired me in another position (not a nurse) after the interview the consul took my employers contract my copy of petition and she let me wait a few minutes. When they called me in window 12 they told me to come back after 1 pm. I came back and 45 minutes later they called my name in window 1 but i didnt know where window 1 is.. after few minutes they called me again and told me to go to the guard.. gave me a red I.D. thats says "escort needed" then they took me to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT then this guy interview me and kept asking me if im gona work there as a nurse coz he says im not qualified to work on that position and he thinks im gona work there as a nurse. Hours after that interview he documented and printed it then told me to sign it then told me that the consul will have their decision, and told me to go home and wait for the consuls decision.
