Mga bro, I made the specs below based sa ilang price sa ilang website, http://pcx.com.ph I don't know if mao ba jud ni ang price diha sa SM, so please correct if some price is wrong.

Please help sab to reduce the total price (reduce to P30K), which part pwede ilisan nga mas barato, i.e. mas barato nga casing, keyboard, monitor, etc.

bro, nganung mahal ang imong ram na tag 1.4k+ naman lang karon ang 1GB DDR2 800?, since naa naman ka gipili na video card, pwede na ang 1gb ddr2 800.
you can also lower down ang imong CPU to e2140 or e2160
if possible, pagchange ug video card. at least 7300gt na tag 2K+

ang imong gipili na LCD 17" lang, ilisi nalang na ug 19" Hanns-G widescreen (16:9) = 9310, 210 ra ang diff.
regarding sa casing, naa casing na naay pakapin ana.(500w PSU, Keyboard, Mouse, Speaker)
