Btw... ang difference sa Freediving og Scuba Diving if nitan-aw mo sa pics sa 1st page makita ninyo na walay gamit na oxygen or compressed air tanks ang mga freedivers, freediving is all about breath-holding and how to relax and enjoy yourself underwater in about 2-3 minutes or even more depends on how you manage your energy, store air and most especially relaxing yourself underwater and freediving to a depth of about 30-60 feet, important thing with freediving is the skill on how to equalize yourself fast and properly underwater while going down.

Me and my bro are beginners, Last July 20 didto mi sa Club Serena Resort in Moalboal kay naa na didto si Wolfgang our Austrian Freedive Trainor, we started training morning sa pool for static breath-holding but before that naa mi mga breathing exercise gihimo, take note na stricto kaau ang rules sa freediving regarding food intake and drinks, before training and deep freedive no heavy food, alcoholic beverages, coffee, softdrinks...

In the afternoon just about 5pm going sunset nagdeep freedive mi, sa first namong dive was about 20 feet then 30 feet then 45 feet, ako nilimit lang ko og 50 feet that time kay naa ko problema sa akong equalization kay nitukar akong sinusitis that time then maglisod ko og equalize underwater. Akong bro na nagwork og call center ni go down siya as low as 65 feet on his first deep freedive, among gigamit ang buoy as line namo pero gicheck sa namo daan ang depth sa buoy then no. 1 rule in freediving is never freedive alone, it has to be na naa kay freedive buddy or atleast 2 mo kabook kay incase mo blackout ka naay makatabang nimo, basta enjoy kaau mi sa freedive, next namong tripping is Pescador Island.
