O.O.. Talk about being on the same wavelength. I just stumbled into this thread...I'm Ara, from UP Cebu... my batch org, BAGSIK, is planning to hold something that sounds a lot like this. As of now, we're calling it Otaku Day. Are any of you you still all up for it?

I am very inetersted in Otaku day. Just inform me when and I'll try to help out. I'll also tell some of my anime fan friends to join. Mag cosplay dyud ko. Mag dala sab ko mga batos batos (Akatsuki invasion nasab ni.) hehehe.

yey! anime convention in cebu! finally!!!

don't have much freetime right now kay i work and study at the same time. but if im available adto jud ko. haven't checked the posts found in the previous pages, so forgive me for the question: any tentative dates?

i really hope this is going to be very successful.

sayang bitaw wala mo sponsor na anime company diri. it would be sooo nice if we can arrange to have the filipino seiyus in the convention like they do in japan. i would definitely be glad to meet the voice behind those anime flicks on local tv. at least ba, musikat sikat pud na cla diri hehehe. but i know, im probably wishing for the moon.

anyways, as far as attendance goes, count me in!!!
